In my practice I work with a variety of issues to help you through the difficulties that come with life, at times. Whether or struggling with daily life issues, such as relationships, career, family, or if you’re struggling internally — such as with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, or other emotions, I am here to help you come through the other end of these issues.
Therapy is for you to be able to step back from the stressors that come with life. If you’re wanting to sort out painful and difficult life experiences, or talk about and have support with relationship or emotional struggles, or even if you want to sort through and explore thoughts you’ve been carrying around over time, there is room for all of it here.
Sometimes, traumatic experiences have led to our bodies responding on a regular basis to emotions and carrying discomfort, panic, and other symptoms. I work from an integrative analytic and mind-body focus. Reach out to me to discuss what your needs are.
