Therapy for Depression
Depression can be a lonely struggle.
Are you feeling sad and like you’re carrying a heavy weight along with you in life? Perhaps you’re experiencing chronic feelings of loss, chronic disappointment (of people or experiences), nostalgia, and hopelessness. Or you may be having difficulty getting out of bed, going to work, and taking care of yourself. Or, more severely, you may feel like harming yourself or escaping from life.
Our Work Together
In my practice, I work closely with more mild and moderate forms of depression. In our work together, we will go at your pace as we explore and work through what is underlying and feeding your depression. As we gain awareness and insight of what is underlying these struggles, we will be more able to work on processing and working through these emotions to help relieve the weight of your depression.
