Nathan Feiles, LCSW-R

Welcome to my practice. I am an integrative therapist and a contemporary analyst, and also offer specialized coaching. I bring many years of training and experience to help you along your journey. My aim is to create a space for you, where you can slow things down, go at your pace, and be free from the stressors of the outside world.

As an integrative therapist, I personalize my approach based on you as a person, where you are in your process, and what you’re needing. I am eager to learn about you and your own preferences and needs in this space, as well as anything I can do to help you to feel more comfortable as we get started together.

What to Expect in the First Session

Nathan Feiles, therapy officeTherapy often starts by just getting to know you and learning about what’s going on that brought you in. We may just talk about you and the current struggles you’re dealing with, or we may also talk about your family, or your life growing up. The direction of the conversation varies depends on what comes in.

As we move forward, the conversations will expand and we’ll begin looking at deeper emotional and life experiences that have led to where you are now. As we deepen your awareness and work through the difficulties you’re experiencing, we provide the foundation for you to heal and, ultimately, move forward.
