When we don’t take the time for ourselves, emotional experiences build on top of experiences that may already be stored from the past. When enough of these compound, this is where issues such as depression, anxiety, chronic headaches and migraines and other issues often start showing up. Stored traumas can also be triggered as our capacity wears down.
