Therapy for Residents of Concord, MA

If you’re finding yourself unsatisfied in your daily life, or feeling emotions that are becoming more out of your grasp over time—such as anxiety, sadness or depressed feelings—or feeling on edge, having worries or ruminating thoughts, and more, it may be a good time to consider therapy. As a therapist, I am here to help you find your way through the struggles and difficulties that can show up in life while in a safe space that goes at your own pace. Through the process of healing, reflection, and learning how to let go of painful experiences, old or recent traumas, and come to terms with the parts of life and yourself that have been hard to accept in the past, we are able to let go of the emotional obstacles and move forward with life in the way we desire.

I see people virtually online, as well as in person if desired and specialize in various emotional and life issues, including unique areas such as fear of flying, agoraphobia, grass is greener syndrome, and migraines. If you would like to get out of a rut, bring your relationships back into optimal functioning, feel more grounded, quiet loud worries or judgments, and more, having the space to sort through thoughts and feelings can make a significant difference in what we hold onto and let go of, and being able to move through life feeling lighter and more fulfilled.
