When every day seems so full already, it can sometimes be difficult to manage finding the necessary time to take care of your own emotional and life needs. For many people, it can become habitual to set aside their needs, having to make sure everything else is taken care of before it’s okay to take time and space for their own struggles and wellbeing. The only problem is, often by the time everything else has been dealt with (if everything else ever truly is dealt with in one day), there is general no time left in the day.
