It can be hard to find good therapy when there are so many types of therapists and coaches around to choose from nowadays. It can be easy and tempting to start overthinking it and try to find the perfect match. Often, this can make it more difficult for people to really take the step to start into the help they are looking for. The main things to start with are being sure you have someone who is legitimately licensed and trained post-graduate in a school of psychotherapy, contemporary or relational psychoanalysis, etc. Once you have a place to start with someone who specializes in areas you’re struggling with, the fit determines itself from there.
The relationship we build in our work together is how we help you find your way through emotional struggles, relationship dynamic issues, anxiety, depression, and more. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to go at your pace and sort through the feelings and parts of life that are needing our attention together. The more I’m able to get to know about your history and dynamics, the more we’re able to help you heal, and more forward with the life you want.
To get started, all you have to do is send me a brief message using the form on the right.
