A space that is safe to reflect and work through the painful and difficult experiences we carry around with us — whether from far back in the past, or this week. Therapy is the space for you to breathe, slow down, take a break from life, and create the emotional and life changes you want to make.
I’m here to help you along in your journey. You don’t have to struggle alone. Even when people have others around them in their lives, it is actually really common to still feel alone when you are struggling and no one seems to get it or understand the extent of what you’re going through. I aim to provide a space where what you are struggling with has a space to be seen, heard, understood, and work through so you can feel more grounded and fulfilled in the life you want to have.
