Therapy for Residents of Upper East Side, NY

Contact

The reason I started a therapy and coaching practice is to provide a space for people to be able to have help with issues that can often feel overwhelming, or vulnerable, scary, or hopeless as times. Emotional and mental struggles are never easy, and in fact it can often be tempting for people to try to just push through and ignore them as long as they can. The catch though, is that pushing through eventually hits a wall, and it often hits suddenly and hard.

Why is my mind suddenly worrying about everything? Why is my body suddenly reacting in ways that feel panicky, or scary, or why do I feel like not getting out of bed at all? Why am I sad and feel weighed down to the point that I just want to cry or not move? Why does going out make me anxious, or why does having a relationship feel so hard and always in conflict? This didn’t use to be so hard. Life didn’t feel so hard. This is often the type of process that shows up when the wall hits.

Therapy is the space for you to recenter, slow your emotions down, work through them, and get to know you and what you want and need from life. Contact me today and we can talk about your needs together.
