Therapy for Residents of Millburn, NJ

Contact

Starting therapy is a valuable step in a person’s life. It is okay to ask for help. Not everything can (or should) be done on your own. It may mean that life and emotions have gotten to a point where you’re more uncomfortable in your mind and/or body more than you would like, and are struggling to find a way to feel better. Or, it may mean that you’re struggling with finding fulfillment in your relationships and are having a hard time getting things onto the same page. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, panic attacks, flying anxiety, grief, grass is greener syndrome (or repeatedly starting over in relationships or other ways in life), migraines, and more, therapy is a place to slow things down and have the support and help you need to start moving forward.

Our process together is about helping you feeling safe and more relaxed within yourself as we reflect on your life, emotions, thoughts and relationships, helping you heal and from past wounds so you can become more in control of your life, rather than your emotions and thoughts, and negative patterns controlling you and working against you. Whether we work together online or in-person, it is possible to have the life you want and to feel fulfilled.
