I provide therapy and coaching sessions for people who are struggling with a variety of possible issues. Whether you’re managing the stress of chronic anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, fear of flying, grass is greener syndrome, migraines, or other trauma and mind-body related issues, I am here to help you get back on your feet in life.

I come from an integrative approach of deeper psychotherapy and contemporary psychoanalysis, while also bringing in elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy when can be useful to what we are working on together. As a whole, our therapy is always based on your needs and what makes most sense for you, personally.

Therapy sessions are for people ages 18+, and can be done virtually online from any of my states of licensure, or in my New York City office. Coaching sessions can be done virtually from anywhere.
