When your mental health is struggling, it has a way of impacting everything else in life. Your relationships may feel burdensome, less fulfilling, distant, or disconnected. You may feel constantly anxious, on edge, depressed or sad, or notice that your body is physically limited or that you’re having unwelcome sensations such as migraine headaches. Or everything just may feel overwhelming or that you’re always tired and exhausted, and things that usually wouldn’t feel like a big deal suddenly become more daunting.
In therapy, you have the space to be able to sort through what you are struggling with, and be able to heal from experiences you may be carrying with you. In addition to working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and panic attacks, I also do trauma therapy, fear of flying therapy, therapy for migraine headaches, counseling for grass is greener syndrome, agoraphobia, grief and loss, and more. We go at your pace and work to make life come back into balance so you can feel lighter and happier in the day to day, as well as emotionally.
