In today’s world, it can be very hard to take the time and space we truly need for ourselves to slow down, reflect, and let go of the stressors and tensions that we often carry with us. Over time, these stored experiences can show up in our minds and bodies as anxiety, depression, headaches and migraines, and in other ways.
Difficulties with relationships can also add to mental health struggles and vice versa. The issues we carry with us can often be the result of traumas from the past that we’ve never let go of, and can also result in phobias of various kinds, including fear of flying, agoraphobia, and others. Everything described above and other specialties, such as grass is greener syndrome, grief, and general psychotherapy are all areas I work with as a therapist.
I look forward to getting to know you and being able to give you the space, safety, and emotional freedom you need so can go through life more lighter and more connected your desires.
