Therapy for Residents of Queens, NY

Contact

Life isn’t always easy. It’s normal to need help, however many of us have become condition to feeling like we should be able to go through life being able to do everything by ourselves. While this maybe sounds nice, it’s also often a lot more easily said than done. Help is often needed in a society that values work ethic more highly than mental health (or even physical health, for that matter). Creating a balance between the pressures of daily life and also making sure your needs are being met in your life is imperative to mental health.

There are a variety of reasons that people come to therapy, whether it’s to work on life circumstances happening in the present, or to sort out issues from the past — including past relationships, childhood, or even just trying to make sense of life. Whatever reasons for starting therapy, you’re welcome to reach out and we can discuss what you’re looking for.
