In addition to my therapy practice, I offer specialized coaching for fear of flying, ‘grass is greener’ relationship patterns, or dealing with migraines. While there are similarities and even some overlap to the types of conversations that we might have in therapy, coaching removes the mental health treatment aspect from the mix. Therefore, coaching services do not involve typical mental health elements (diagnoses, etc.), however there is still room for us to discuss and work on your life and emotions in the various ways necessary for growth, improvement, and empowerment. It is also possible for us to combine therapy and coaching.
